Report a problem

Write to support at celpip9 dot com. Tell us the page you were on, what you did, what you expected and what happened, and which browser and device you used. Please leave out your answers, recordings and passwords; we never need them to fix a problem.

If something breaks during a practice test, write to us afterwards: the timer never pauses, just as in the test itself.

How we notice problems

• Errors on our server are logged automatically: what failed and on which page, not who. Per-request logs, which would include IP addresses, are turned off. Logs are deleted within seven days.
• Error reports from browsers are on in this version of the site. When they are on, a report holds the error message with personal data removed, the page path and your browser family — never your answers or recordings.
