What changed on celpip9, newest first. Each date is the day a change reached the code this site is built from. What is live right now: the status page.
- A refund guarantee: your first purchase is refunded in full if you ask within three days of the payment, no questions asked, straight from the Billing page. The refund ends that plan at once, and your reports stay. It replaces the earlier refund terms, and applies once per account.
- The privacy policy names Cloudflare Web Analytics, the cookieless page-load measurement of the company that runs the site.
- The privacy policy now says where recordings are stored: in the European Union (the Netherlands), not the United States as it said before.
- A redesigned home page. Every figure on it comes from its published source or our evaluation output, the report preview is marked as an invented example, and the page says plainly what is not live yet: Writing and Speaking scoring and feedback, and payments.
- The Express Entry points figure on the home page now gives the exact range from the IRCC table rather than a rounded one.
- Practice tests have names and show a few of the topics inside. They are no longer labelled as calibrated: that claim waits until it is measured against results learners report.
- Section practice and Listening and Reading drills run on the practice tests in the bank, starting with one you have not done that section on. The preview form is no longer listed with them.
- Accounts: sign in with a code sent to your email, no password. Your profile and consents are kept with your account, and you can delete the account yourself in Settings.
- The privacy policy names every provider that processes your information, and where.
- A status page that shows what is live and how to report a problem, and this changelog.
- Errors on our server are logged (what failed and where, not who) and deleted within seven days. Error reports from browsers can be switched on, with personal data removed before anything is sent. The privacy policy describes both.
- The site moved to its own address, celpip9.com.
- Strategy lessons for every Listening and Reading part and every Writing and Speaking task, in the public guide and in the app.
- Vocabulary sets on everyday Canadian themes in the app, linked from the lessons. Each word comes with a plain meaning and a prompt to write your own sentence, never a ready-made sentence.
- More full practice tests joined the bank, each with its Listening audio.
- The end-of-test report scores Listening and Reading against the answer key and shows the estimated level as a range.
- Cookieless usage counting with Umami Cloud is ready to switch on, to see whether people can start and finish a practice test; nothing is counted until it is. No personal data; the privacy policy names the provider.
- The trust panel reports scoring consistency, measured by our evaluation pipeline.
- Listening parts play recorded audio, served from our own storage.
- The waiting list stores sign-ups.
- The trust panel shows its first measured figure: answer-key accuracy, from our content gates.
- The sources page links each cited figure to its verified source, with the date it was checked.
- First public version: the landing page, pricing and quotas, the trust panel, methodology, sources and the legal pages.
