Plans

Refund guarantee: not what you expected? Your first purchase is refunded in full if you ask within three days of the payment, no questions asked — straight from the Billing page.

Hard limits

• At most 1 full practice test per day, on every plan; the day runs from 00:00 UTC. A full test is about three hours; a second one the same day is not realistic preparation and is a signal of shared accounts.
• Every account’s first full test is free. After it, full tests come from your plan: first the week’s quota, then a pack.
• The Monthly and 3-month plans include 2 full tests a week. The weekly quota resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC; tests not taken in a week do not carry over.
• A 3-test pack adds 3 full tests, valid 6 months from purchase, outside the weekly quota. It stacks with a subscription: 2 a week plus your pack.
• A full test counts from the moment it starts. Discarding it ends it without a report and does not give it back.
• Listening and Reading section practice: 1 Listening and 1 Reading per account without a subscription; unlimited on the Monthly and 3-month plans. It never uses a full test.
• Writing and Speaking task practice outside a full test (the targeted retry) is part of the Monthly and 3-month plans only. On those plans, task retries and micro-drills are not counted: the learning loop is the product.
• If your microphone does not work, you can take a test without Speaking. It is not a full test: on a subscription it is not counted; otherwise it uses your free Listening and Reading section practice.
• You choose which practice test to take, and you can take one again. A repeat is marked on its report and excluded from calibration statistics.
• The test drive (a short rehearsal of every mechanic, untimed and unscored) is never counted.
• There is no lifetime option and no weekly option. The number of full tests is capped because the content bank is finite, and we publish its size.

Questions

Why is there a quota on full practice tests?

Writing and Speaking are designed to be scored in several independent AI passes, which costs real money per test, and every practice test comes from a finite bank. Two a week is above what a typical 4–8 week preparation uses; the pack covers heavy weeks.

What does the free plan really include?

One complete test, the full report, the sub-skill holding your level down, one Listening and one Reading section practice, and the first strategy lesson of every task type. No card. In the beta, Listening and Reading are scored against the answer key; AI feedback on Writing and Speaking is not live yet.

How do I cancel?

In one step: Billing → “Cancel subscription” opens the Stripe customer portal, where you confirm. Your plan stays until the end of the paid period and is not charged again. And your first purchase comes with a refund guarantee: within three days of the payment, ask for a refund on the Billing page and get it in full, no questions asked — the plan ends then. Once per account; the full terms are on the terms page.

Is the AI score my CELPIP® score?

No. It is an estimated level based on the published performance-standard dimensions, always shown as a range. How well it tracks reported results is measured with the beta cohort and published on the trust panel.

Do you sell answer templates?

No. The test provider warns that responses that are not original can lead to score cancellation. Feedback revises your own sentences and teaches the approach.
