1. The service
celpip9 provides practice tests, AI-generated feedback and study material for people preparing for the CELPIP® General test. Estimated levels are estimates based on the published performance-standard dimensions; they are not test results and do not predict one.
2. Plans, quotas and cancellation
Plans, prices and quotas are those listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase, where every limit is written out; they apply as written there. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew at the end of each paid period until cancelled.
You can cancel in one step through the Stripe customer portal, opened from Billing in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: the plan stays until then and is not charged again. Deleting your account cancels an active subscription at once and ends any pack, without a refund of the current period or of unused pack tests — unless the refund guarantee in section 3 still applies, in which case ask for it on the Billing page before deleting the account.
3. Refunds
Refund guarantee. Your first paid purchase — the Monthly plan, the 3-month plan or the 3-test pack — is refunded in full if you ask within 72 hours of the payment, whatever the reason and without questions. You ask for it yourself, on the Billing page of your account; it is refunded through Stripe to the payment method you used.
- The guarantee applies once per account, to its first paid purchase only. Renewals and later purchases are not refunded; they can be cancelled as described in section 2.
- A refund ends that purchase at once: a subscription is cancelled immediately, not at the end of the paid period, and a pack ends with any tests left in it.
- Practice tests you have already taken, and their reports, stay in your history.
4. Original work
Feedback revises your own responses. We do not provide answer templates to memorise, and we ask that you do not use the service to reproduce test-provider materials.
5. Trademark
CELPIP is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises (Prometric). celpip9 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Paragon Testing Enterprises or Prometric. See the trademark notice.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, celpip9 is not liable for test outcomes, immigration decisions or indirect losses. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
